ChatPrune is a digital tool that helps users analyse, organise, and make decisions about their AI conversation history exported from Claude, ChatGPT, and other supported platforms.
ChatPrune provides AI-generated recommendations (Delete, Archive, Keep, or Review) for each conversation based on its content. It does not delete, modify, or access your conversations directly on any platform. All deletion actions must be performed manually by the user on the relevant platform.
ChatPrune currently offers one paid sweep and a limited free trial:

Resuming or continuing a sweep using your saved file does not use an additional sweep from your allocation. Only starting a genuinely new sweep counts toward your sweep limit.
A sweep is one complete analysis session up to 500 conversations. Paid sweeps include three consolidations; additional consolidations require credits. Licence keys are personal and must not be shared, resold, or transferred.
ChatPrune uses artificial intelligence to analyse conversation content and generate recommendations. These are suggestions only. The user is solely responsible for reviewing every recommendation and making their own final decision before deleting, archiving, or keeping any conversation. ChatPrune and its creator accept no liability for any loss of data, information, or content resulting from decisions made using this tool.
Your conversation content goes to Gemini or Groq for analysis and is not logged, stored, or retained by ChatPrune beyond the immediate processing of your request. After each sweep, you must download a results file containing your full conversation text and recommendations, since this content is not kept on our servers.
We store your full name, email address, ChatPrune licence key, conversation topic tags, and your final status decisions for each conversation. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
ChatPrune is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other AI company. All third-party product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, provided no sweep has been completed using the licence. Once a sweep has been run, the product is considered delivered and used. Contact support@chatprune.com with your order reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator of ChatPrune is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this tool, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business information, or any decision made based on AI-generated recommendations.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of ChatPrune after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
